At the top of the page, you see two key figures:- Solde disponible — funds ready for payout
- En traitement — funds currently being processed
Request a settlement
Click “Demander un règlement” to initiate a payout. The settlement amount equals your available balance minus transaction fees and settlement request fees.Settlement requests are processed during business hours. Check the Statut column in your history for real-time status updates.
Settlement history
Each entry in the history table shows:
Click the receipt icon on any entry to download proof of settlement.
Use the Statut filter to view only pending or completed settlements, and click Exporter to download settlement history for your records.
